Honestly, how would we cope if we were told that we had breast cancer? Would we freak out? Feel afraid and alone? Not know who to turn to? Thankfully for those in the Bay of Plenty, there is Breast Cancer Support Service Tauranga.

In this wonderful organisation the staff know what it’s like to feel shocked and scared when receiving a diagnosis. They’re able to come alongside those who have been newly diagnosed to offer kindness and emotional support, as well as practical support.

They know first-hand how treatment can make you feel, including the effect it has on your skin and hair. This makes them grateful to be able to offer a small pick-me-up in the form of natural skincare, thanks to Honest Skincare.

Some clients stop working for a while as they can have quite severe reactions to treatment, so when she was offered this voucher, she was very grateful.
